Sending messages costs less than a postage stamp. They have many cards to choose from and send. Can also send photos from your own camera. Of course everything has to be approved before it sends.

Very easy to use, understand and add money to. Quick at approving and or denying sent photos. That said my two cents suggestion is an inbox section or message board in my account where GTL states the exact reason why a photo I sent was denied. That way I don't keep sending future photos that contain the denied content. Along with a full, half, 1/3 even credit back to the account due the photo denied.

I put money on account and also my husband but every time I'm about to send a message it wants me to deposit more money.in I still have money in my account.

Unreliable, don't get messages until hours after my lO has sent them to me, and good luck adding funds without having to try the app then the website, then you have to re add your debit information literally every time, for as much money as they get from us, you'd think the app would work way better !

The app is very finicky on uploading photos and videos. I've tried multiple times doing videos, and it will not upload. Photos are starting to have the same issue
